Dr Monica Forth totally failed me as a doctor and needs to retire. I would listen to the nurses talk crap about me in the next room. This place is totally unprofessional, not accommodating to autistic people. Do not go here go anywhere else run these people will look you in the face and tell you there is nothing for your pain and ask who is your psychologist.

I requested an appointment with Torino Jennings a few weeks ago. Not only did their office not have the decency to call me to schedule an appointment, but they declined my request and put, “PATIENT HAD A APPOINTMENT YESTERDAY” as the reasoning. No one ever called me, left a message, or even emailed me. Im not sure who they scheduled an appointment with but it was not me. I see why the reviews are so low here.

The worst of the worst! The overall experience was awful including the customer service. I never felt disrespected in my life. It's sad that Dr. Steele is no longer with the team. I will definitely be looking for a new PCP for my children.

My name is Shawn Johnson I'm here to give a great review for Jessica Tate my behavior counselor she does a great job with me. She answers my questions and when I'm through when my sessions over I've got everything off my chest I feel much better when I come to see her and leave the building because everything is off of my chest it's like I just lift a pal of rocks off of my chest. She does her job very well every time I walk in her office he says hello how are you doing Mr Johnson and when I leave she tells me have a good day I'll see you next time Mr Johnson and she smiles at me and puts her thumb up at me I like going to see Jessica Tate she's a very kind and supportive person I make all my appointments majority of them anyway As Long As I Got a Car I will keep making my appointments. PS I just wanted to give Jessica Tate a good 100% review because she does her job very well. 🙂🙂🙂

My child was just released from the PICU and we were told we NEEDED to follow up with his pediatrician within 2 days of being released. The staff was rude and refused to help. They couldn’t even refer another doctor. As much as I like Dr. Williams I will be looking for a new pediatrician.
